First, you need to know that if the fuel bottle leaks you should tighten the packing nut that holds the lever in place, that's what the little wrench is for.

Secondly, you must know that if the flame is unbalanced you need to clean the orifice, and pump more air into the tank.

Next, if you see flames, voids (yellow streaks with blue flames), match heads or other foreign objects that are in and around the burner ring outlets turn off the stove and thoroughly clean the burner area.

The last thing to remember is, if there is a flame at the generator tip tighten the tip protector quickly!
