Clothing: Layering your clothes will allow you
stay confortable on you're hike while protecting you from
the elements.
Boots: Wear in your boots, wear liner socks, and
treat all hot spots with moleskin as soon as you feel
them.
Backpacks: Before you leave on you trip make sure
that your pack fits you comfortably and is the right size
for your trip.
Ten Essentials: Always take the ten essentials
with you on any hike no matter how short or how long,
they could be the difference between life and death.
