Leadership Challenges

These are some challenges our leaders faced on our hike.

1.) It can be a challenge to speak up in a group and come up with ideas.

2.) It can also be challenging to set a pace that works for everyone while hiking.

3.) Sometimes it will be a challenge to get group activities started.

4.) Some leaders find it hard to be assertive and not seem bossy at the same time.

5.) A lot of the time it is hard to stay organized and remember details while you have so many responsibilities.
