Leadership is everywhere. It's in our jobs, schools, government, and even homes. Leadership is a natural instinct that is common with all animals, only humans take it one step further. Where animals lack the skills to think as deeply and thoroughly consider the outcome, humans are logical thinkers, and, therefore, have a much more complicated ranking systems, ladders, and et al. At any rate, though, the fact still remains: Leadership is an occurrence that is very common and we are surrounded by it, and, at one time or another, are put in the position to take charge. Leadership is making the right choices, thinking in many new ways, and taking charge. One way we have found to apply leadership was to the wilderness. In our particular situation, packs were strapped on our backs and we hiked miles at a time. Leadership was not a choice. There were so many open options and dangers that to not have a leader was the same as condemning yourself and your whole group, in fact, it was exactly that. You must have some form of leadership in order to succeed. What better people to guide you through leadership than the group that studied it? Please take careful note to the messages we are giving. Apply them, and you, too, could become a successful leader. Good Luck!
