Leadership Styles

There are various styles of leadership and each one works in a new way. Some are more effective than others, but all can be used to ensure the overall sucess of the group and its leaders. We have constructed a brief overview of the three main leadership styles, all of which can be divided up even further to fulfil specific needs of a leader.
