Trail Food

Trail food is an important thing to consider bringing with you. Trail food is like little snacks that you bring for that little burst of sugar or energy for your hike. For example, you could bring candy, cookies, crackers, etc. If you don't believe me you really should. Trail not only gives you that burst of energy, but also cheers you up. Which intern cheers your whole hiking team up.
